有關2023年度企業和代(dai)表處年度報告通(tong)知

根(gen)據《外國(guo)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)常(chang)(chang)駐代表機(ji)構登記管理(li)條例(li)(li)》、《企(qi)(qi)業(ye)信(xin)息公示(shi)(shi)暫行條例(li)(li)》、《關(guan)于做好2023年度(du)年報公示(shi)(shi)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作》和(he)國(guo)家工(gong)(gong)(gong)商(shang)管理(li)總局的(de)有關(guan)規定，2023年12月(yue)31日前在本市(shi)登記設立的(de)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)法人、非法人企(qi)(qi)業(ye)、分支機(ji)構、在中國(guo)境內從事生產(chan)經(jing)營活動的(de)外國(guo)（地區）企(qi)(qi)業(ye)于2024年1月(yue)1日起至(zhi)2024年6月(yue)30日向(xiang)市(shi)場監督管理(li)部門進行社會公示(shi)(shi)。逾期未公示(shi)(shi)的(de)，工(gong)(gong)(gong)商(shang)行政機(ji)關(guan)將(jiang)依法予以處(chu)罰，將(jiang)其載入經(jing)營異常(chang)(chang)名錄或標注(zhu)為經(jing)營異常(chang)(chang)狀態，并通過上海市(shi)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)信(xin)用(yong)信(xin)息公示(shi)(shi)系統向(xiang)社會公示(shi)(shi)，直至(zhi)吊銷登記證。

2023年(nian)12月31日(ri)前在(zai)本市登記設立的(de)外國企(qi)業常駐代表機構,于(yu)2024年(nian)3月1日(ri)至2024年(nian)6月30日(ri)，提交2023年(nian)度報告。

*注：存續證明提交所屬國公證機關的公證材料和當地有權機關簽發的附加證明書(如海牙認證）。

Annual Report Notification of

Enterprises and Rep. Offices for 2023

In accordance with the Regulations on the Registration and Administration of Resident Representative Offices of Foreign Enterprises, the Provisional Regulations on the Publicity of Enterprise Information, the Publicity of Annual Reports in 2023 and the relevant provisions of the State Administration for Industry and Commerce, Enterprise legal persons, unincorporated enterprises, branches and foreign (regional) enterprises engaged in production and operation activities in China registered in Shanghai before December 31th, 2023 shall be publicized to the market supervision and management department from January 1st, 2024 to June 30th, 2024.If it fails to publicize within the time limit, government will punish it according to law, record it in the list of abnormal operations or mark it as abnormal operations, and publicize it to the society through the Shanghai Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System until the registration certificate is revoked.

The Rep. Offices of foreign enterprises registered in Shanghai before December 31th, 2023 shall submit the annual report of 2023 from March 1st, 2024 to June 30th, 2024.

* Note: Good standing shall submit the notarization documents issued by the notary office and the additional certificate (such as APOSTILLE).
