近五年技能人才工資呈增長態勢。2019—2023年,技能人才年平均工資分別為12.79、13.55、14.83、16.22和16.88萬元。高級技師、技師、高級工、中級工、初級工年平均工資增長量分別為4.09、3.13、4.22、5.90和3.48萬元,增幅分別為20.4%、17.8%、26.5%、46.5%和35.5%。
2、“技高者(zhe)多得,技高者(zhe)多增”的效應更加(jia)明顯
技能等級越高,工資水平越高。從工資中位數看,首席和特級技師工資是初級工3.1倍。首席和特級技師、高級技師、技師、高級工、中級工和初級工工資中位數倍數比例為3.1:2.0:1.7:1.6:1.4:1。
3、三大先導產業優(you)秀(xiu)高技能人(ren)才(cai)年工(gong)資增長強勁(jing)
“人工智能”產業高技能人才年工資高位數為33.08萬元,增幅9.9%。
“生物醫藥”產業高技能人才年工資高位數為27.09萬元,增(zeng)幅16.4%。
“集成電路”產業高技能人才年工資高位數為20.39萬元,增幅18.6%。
4、“制造業”等行業高技能人才年工資中位數均超技能人才平均數
技能人才人數較多的“制造(zao)業”“交(jiao)通運輸、倉儲和(he)郵政業”“信息傳輸、軟件(jian)和(he)信息技術服務業”,高(gao)(gao)技能人才年(nian)工(gong)資中位數(shu)分別為18.91、18.67和(he)17.76萬(wan)元(yuan)。“電(dian)力(li)、熱力(li)、燃(ran)氣(qi)及水生產和(he)供(gong)應業”高(gao)(gao)技能人才年(nian)工(gong)資中位數(shu)為18.25萬(wan)元(yuan)。
